Returns and Right of Withdrawal

THE BUYER HAS THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE OF GOODS AT ANY STAGE, INCLUDING WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LATVIAN LAWS GOVERNING DISTANCE SELLING.
A RETURN AND REFUND ARE POSSIBLE IF DEFECTS ARE DISCOVERED, FOR EXAMPLE: DAMAGED PACKAGING DURING SHIPPING, DAMAGED GOODS, OR GOODS NOT MATCHING THE DESCRIPTION.
THE BUYER MAY RETURN GOODS IF THE GOODS HAVE NOT BEEN USED, ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, ARE NOT DAMAGED, AND HAVE NOT LOST THEIR ORIGINAL RETAIL APPEARANCE. (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO GOODS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORTATION. IN SUCH CASES, WE RECOMMEND PHOTOGRAPHING THE DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT.)
RETURNED GOODS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED.
THE FOLLOWING CANNOT BE RETURNED: PARTICIPATION IN WORKSHOPS, AND PERSONALISED PERFUME CREATION SERVICES ALREADY PERFORMED IN PERSON.
TO REQUEST A RETURN, THE BUYER MUST EMAIL HELLO@1313PERFUMERY.COM WITH A FREE-FORM APPLICATION INCLUDING: REASON FOR RETURN, BUYER'S PERSONAL DETAILS (FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS USED FOR PURCHASE), AND BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS FOR THE REFUND.
THE SELLER WILL RESPOND TO A RETURN REQUEST WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. AFTER RECEIVING THE SELLER'S CONFIRMATION, THE BUYER MUST SEND THE RETURN WITHIN 10 DAYS.
RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OMNIVA STRAUPE VIADA PARCEL LOCKER, ADDRESSED TO SIA HANSA FABRIK, PHONE: 26339749. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE COVERED BY THE BUYER.
THE PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING AND REVIEWING CONSUMER CLAIMS REGARDING NON-COMPLIANT GOODS OR SERVICES, AS WELL AS CONSUMER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, IS SET OUT IN THE CONSUMER RIGHTS PROTECTION LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF LATVIA.

Refunds

AFTER THE RETURNED GOODS ARE RECEIVED, THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. THE BUYER WILL BE INFORMED BY EMAIL PROVIDED IN THE RETURN REQUEST.
